Since 2018 the Fundaci\u00f3n Colombianitos has been committed to the importance of gender\nequality not only as a right but as a fundamental condition for a world that is fair, equal, and\npeaceful. This mindset has built the curriculum \u201cJugamos en la Misma Cancha\u201d (We play in\nthe same field), sponsored by Laureus Sport for Good, a global organization that celebrates\nexcellence in sports and uses its power to impact the world.<\/span><\/p>\n This way, \u201cJugamos En la Misma Cancha\u201d (We play in the same field) emerged, which\nintegrates a rigorous and conceptually supported methodology, using rugby with pedagogical intentionality as a powerful tool to break stereotypes and gender roles, promote autonomy, strengthen self-esteem and self-concept, promote the use of non-sexist language, increase the conflict resolution based on new masculinities, foment empathy, cooperation, and prevent gender-based violence.<\/p>\n Thus, 2896 children, young adults, teachers, fathers, and mothers have benefited from this\nproject in its face-to-face and virtual modalities in the communities of Puerto Tejada (Cauca),\nBarbosa (Antioqu\u00eda), and
