SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM HAS BEGUN
The displaced children in Ciudad Bolivar will begin to benefit in the near future from direct sponsorships that will help them improve their living conditions and that of their families. Through these sponsorships, sponsors will be a part of a program that will provide direct education and basic medical support to the child they wish to sponsor that will in turn impact all the community in a very positive way.

HOLIDAY GIFTS IN CIUDAD BOLIVAR
A group of volunteers from Colombianitos brought great holiday cheer and happy smiles to 300 very low income children on the afternoon of December 23 in Ciudad Bolivar when they delivered 300 gifts. All this has been possible thanks to the generosity of those that support our cause, including StudioCom, Tere Ly and other donors that provided the gifts and refreshments for this event.

COLOMBIANITOS WITH "STAR OF CHRISTMAS"
On December 19, 125 children from the Colombianitos Soccer Club enjoyed the play "Star of Christmas" that is currently showing in the Leonardus Theatre of Bogotá. Thanks to the ground transportation donated by the Colegio Leonardo Da Vinci, the children were able to enjoy an afternoon of fun and entertainment. At the end of the show, the children received holiday gifts that were presented to them by the same actors of the play in a very emotional ceremony where they spent time with the children and gave out autographs. After some refreshments, the children returned home with great appreciation and with many hopes for a better future, thanks to Colombianitos.

FIRST ANNUAL THEATRE GALA FUNDRAISER IN THE "TEATRO LIBRE" OF BOGOTA
Colombianitos hosted its first Annual Theatre Gala Fundraiser on October 29 and 30 in the "Teatro Libre" of Bogotá. Thanks to the generosity of the actors Carlos Muñoz, Martha Liliana Ruiz, Julio Sanchez Cocaro, Yesenia Valencia and their director Luis Aguirre, with the donation of the proceeds of the comedy "Estado Civil Infiel", 250 people enjoyed this very entertaining play while at the same time knowing that they were contributing to build the future of many Little Colombians.

PARENTING CONFERENCE BY ANGELA MARULANDA

Approximately 200 people, in large part parents of young and adolescent children, got together in the Atlanta International School on November 5th to hear the parenting conference given by the sociologist and family educator, Angela Marulanda. She brought great insight on the values and attitudes that are a fundamental element in bringing up children to provide them with the tools to be successful in life. All the proceeds of the conference went to Colombianitos.

COLOMBIANITOS OLYMPIC VILLAGE
Colombianitos is looking for support to build a large sports facility in Ciudad Bolivar, where we currently have in place the Colombianitos Soccer Club. The program provides the children of this very impoverished area with soccer training by professional coaches. The objective of this program is to promote education through recreational activities that will motivate and impulse this segment of the population by developing athletes, motivated students and good citizens of tomorrow.
