| Two New Programs began as a social inclusion in 4 of the cities where Colombianitos operates: Cartagena, Sincelejo, Medellin and Puerto Tejada: |

In alliance with the A Ganar/Vencer organization, Colombianitos has initiated a pilot program in Puerto Tejada to help young adults (former participants of Goals For A Better Life) learn technical skills that will prepare and enable them to seek viable employment opportunities in their local communities.
As stated on its website A Ganar “is a cutting edge program of Partners of the Americas that uses soccer and other team sports to equip youth with skills that prepare them for employment in today’s globalized economy”.

Children's Day Celebration: |

On October, the social committee of Kimberly in collaboration with the Foundation organized a party for the children who participate with the program in Barbosa.
During the event, 2 movies were projected (Ice Age 3 and Avatar) and also, snack was distributed among the children.

9 Gran Bingo Extravaganza: |

On Saturday September 18th, Colombianitos held its ninth annual Grand Bingo to raise funds for disadvantaged children in the country.
The event was held in the auditorium of the Atlanta International School and was a success as in previous years.
COLOMBIANITOS gives Special thanks to all sponsors, attendees and volunteers who really make this event year after year.

The last event to raise funds for our children and to keep our programs going on in Colombia counted with the presentation of the humorist Laureano Marquez, who is considered one of the best comedians of Venezuela.
The event was held at Ferst Center for the Arts at Georgia Tech. The results amazing!!
Once again Big Thanks to our sponsors like “Coca Cola”, members from the Board and our volunteers, this was a great success.

Big Campaign for our Sponsorship Plan was Launched in media during last October |

The campaign is part of the social responsibility program for Initiative (a recognized publicity agency in Colombia) and intends that at least one of the 4320 children who are part of the Foundation are sponsored. As now, there are only three hundred people who have this benefit in the seven sites that make up national level.

Peace One Day in COLOMBIANITOS |

The Peace One Day is a NGO that promotes one day of peace all over the world since 1999. It engages all sectors of society and individuals in observance of 21 September, through the practical manifestation of non-violence.
Colombianitos participated this year on the peace day celebration with soccer matches that took place on the fields where our work is done day by day with underprivileged boys and girls from 6 to 18 years of age. The matches where played by the children subscribed to our programs and also the staff of Colombianitos. Some banners where made in order to promote this peace day with the community.
