• On April 16th 2005, Colombianitos inaugurates its second branch in PuertoTejada, Cauca thanks to the support provided by Papeles del Cauca S.A. At the beginning more than 400 boys and girls have enrolled in the two programs we offered: Goals for a Better Life and its artistic complement, Caraluna.
• The employees of Papeles del Cauca S.A. donated bicycles to the children from the black communities in Puerto Tejada and the small villages around, in December.
• The Bacilos Concert in the Pascual Guerrero Stadium, in Cali, where the group of dancers of Caraluna performed too. The same groups offered another performance in the Intercontinental Hotel.
• The representatives of the disco Kukaramakaraca in Cali which sponsor the Caraluna Program visited our children.
• Help received from Colombina S. A. which monthly donate boxes of cookies to be given to the children upon finishing the complementary school day.
• It was created the first “Goals for a Better Life” all-girls team that takes part in Valle del Cauca and Cauca league.
• Thanks to the agreement signed with the Support Foundation of the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, we offer the young enrolled in our programs free courses on computer and systems maintenance.
• Caracol Televisión donated money to the programs carried on by Colombianitos in Puerto Tejada.
• The wind instruments band was created with the help provided by Comfacauca. The band comprises trumpet, clarinet and saxophone players.
• The Dance School consists of 3 categories of children aged between 4 and 18 who have been invited to various cultural and artistic events.
