• Cine Colombia invited 400 Colombianitos to celebrate Children’s Day in its theaters. The children could watch The Ice Age 2 and Mundo Salvaje, enjoy guided recreation activities and delicious snacks. At the end of the day, the children were offered school supplies. See photos
• 20 children from Goals for a Better Life had the opportunity to enter the locker room of the Under-21 Colombian national team, during the Central America and the Caribbean Games, Cartagena 2006.

• Juan Pablo Pino, top goal scorer of the tournament, received the Colombianitos official fan t-shirt from some of our children. See photos
• Cristian Marrugo and Juan Pablo Pino, members of the Under-21 Colombian national team, donated t-shirts, shorts and socks to stimulate Colombianitos’s academic and athletic development. See photos
• The Vivero chain of stores invited 50 of our children to celebrate the 20th of July. That day the Vivero del Paseo de la Castellana store organized a fun day full of recreational activities, contests and prizes. The main goal of this activity was to make the children draw paintings related to July 20th, and the store rewarded the best ones. Later on, the drawings were exhibited inside the Vivero for a period of 15 days. See photos
• The players of Real Cartagena, a professional football team from the Colombian first division, support Colombianitos. Luis Iriarte, Pedro Tavima, Frank Pacheco, all players of the team, know about the work that has been done with the children from Colombianitos and decide to jump in. They donate cleats, socks, shorts and t-shirts of Real Cartagena so that the children could be better every day, both as footballers and as students. See photos
• The managers from Real Cartagena invited Colombianitos to enjoy some games from the Colombian championship free of charge; these games were Real Cartagena vs Chicó, Real Cartagena vs Bucaramanga y Real Cartagena vs Huila. See photos
