• Goals for a Better Life in Barbosa set off on May 8th within the athletic installations of Kimberly with a total of 530 children aged 6 to 17 all classified as Sisben I or II living in or around the town.

• This project was implemented after a motivation and stimulation campaign was carried on in various sectors and educational centers. See photos

• When we started there, there were 14 teams divided by age. Training was held after or before classes depending on the case. See photos

• The official launching was on 15th of July, this year. Our main actors, the Colombianitos themselves together with teams from the Foundation and Kimberly Clark, took part in this event. Local authorities, the famous model Ana Sofía Henao and Atletico Nacional’s second team did not want to miss the event either. There was a game between Nacional and our Colombianitos. During the event, Scotty, the official mascot of the project was handed in to the Foundation. Scotty will be there when training or playing. See photos

• Today, apart from the training sessions the children are offered enriching workshops that contribute to their formation through teaching values and presenting to them a manual for living together.

• The parents are taking active part in the parents’ school where they can learn important aspects for their personal and family life. See photos

• The Colombianitos have also had the opportunity to participate in activities organized by the local authorities such as the Barbosa Main Park Socialization Workshop and encounters on recreational installations. See photos
