Technical Cooperation Agreement Colombianitos and CAF

In April 2004 Colombianitos and CAF (Corporation for Andean Development) reached a Technical Cooperation agreement to consolidate the Goals for a Better Life Program and encourage the development of the children of our programs through their school enrollment. This had the ultimate goal of improving the lives of the children of El Paraiso, Bella Flor and El Mirador in Ciudad Bolivar.

As a result of this cooperation, Colombianitos has had the opportunity to strengthen its sports program and embark in a psychological and social program to visualize the needs of this community in order to provide more effective solutions.

Thanks to CAF’s technical support, Colombianitos developed a low-budget educational program to work in any community that has a great interest in soccer.

CAF’s financial support has also helped Colombianitos spread the positive results of the social impact of its programs, and gain recognition in the private, government and non-governmental sectors. This has enabled the replication of the programs throughout the country.
